About West Land LLC

My name is Jeremiah Gish. I am the owner of West Land. For most of my adult life I have worked as a firefighter and paramedic. I live with my wife of 20 years and our 3 children in beautiful Colorado, but grew up and spent the first years of married life in Utah. Like a lot families, we never had a lot of time or money to spend on vacations and travel, so many of our family adventures have been spent on road trips in the beautiful Western States. We never had the fanciest cars, but we usually owned an RV and/or boat as well, just not the kind that work very good. We spent a lot of time on the side of the road or floating in the middle of a lake working on the engine. But whenever faced with the decision to “take the trip” we almost always did. Often times we found disaster. But sometimes we found each other, and every once in a while we found ourselves.

As a result, our family is in love with the West, and the spirit there. All we need is a destination. A piece of land here and there to call our own, and that we know is waiting for us. When we saw an opportunity to start a business that helps people and families like us become land owners often for half the price of a car payment, we new that we found something that meant a lot to us.
